What does OOAK mean?

OOAK means one of a kind. It describes an individual customized artwork, not the manufacturer or authenticity of its original doll base. Our OOAK doll guide explains the terms and what to check before choosing a piece.

Are your dolls official Blythe dolls?

Check each doll's provenance. Lily, Chole, Swan, Infinity, Silver, Pippa and Berry use non-official ICY-DBS factory bases; they are Blythe-style art dolls, not official Blythe dolls. Mika uses an authentic original Blythe base. Juno's and Maisie's base origins have not been confirmed. An independently customized artwork is not an official brand collaboration.

Who customized Mika?

Mika was physically customized by an independent artist. Eudemon offers her as a selected artist collectible and created her fictional character story. We did not make her physical customization.

Which pictures show the actual doll?

Use the real photographs and videos for the doll's appearance, condition and included items. AI-edited studio and story presentations may appear first in a listing. They are based on actual photographs, but AI may redraw fine details; they are not unedited product photos or condition evidence. Pink studio scenery and imagined set props are not included.

What clothing, accessories and boxes are included?

The included-item and packaging sections of the specific listing identify what comes with that doll. Clothing, accessories and boxes vary by piece; a wooden display box is included only where the listing says so. Plates used for display and imagined AI scenery are not included. These finished-doll listings describe the individual collectible, not separately sold clothing, loose hair or a blank customizing base.

How do I check shipping and preparation time?

Our current collectible dolls are prepared in China and dispatched through our logistics partner within 10 days after payment, with valid tracking. USPS handles the U.S. delivery stage. This is preparation and dispatch time, not a delivery estimate. For a single-doll U.S. order, current shipping is USD 16.99 for Lily, Berry, Silver, Pippa and Juno; USD 18.99 for Chole, Swan, Maisie, Nell, Marlowe and Pia; and USD 37.98 for Mika. Checkout confirms the final shipping charge for multi-doll orders, including orders combining dolls from different shipping profiles; charges may be combined. Read our shipping policy and the individual listing for details.

Does a finished custom doll include a new commission?

A finished custom doll has already been individually altered. A commission is separate work made to agreed requirements. Further changes, a new design or a remake are not included automatically. Contact Eudemon to discuss a request before placing an order.

What does the Eudemon artwork card certify?

The Eudemon card identifies the customized artwork. It is not an official Blythe authenticity certificate and does not establish that an unknown base is an authentic original Blythe base.

Are these dolls toys for children?

These are art collectibles for adult display, with small accessories and individually customized finishes. Handle the face, hair and eye mechanism gently, and follow the care notes in the individual listing.

How should I care for a custom Blythe-style or OOAK doll?

Keep your collectible doll dry and away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not rub the face-up or apply cleaning products. If the doll has eye cords, pull them gently and never force the mechanism. Avoid prolonged contact with dark fabrics. Follow the care notes for that individual piece, and contact Eudemon before cleaning or altering an uncertain detail.

What should I check about returns or an order problem?

Read the individual listing and our return and refund policy before purchasing. Our products are final sale for a change of mind or other non-quality reasons. If an order arrives damaged, defective, missing a promised item or materially different from its description, reply to your order confirmation email or contact Eudemon with the order number and photographs of the issue and packaging. Keep the item and packaging, and contact us before returning anything. Applicable statutory rights and payment-provider protections, including remedies for non-delivery, are unaffected.

Where can I ask about a particular doll?

Use our contact page and include the doll's name or product link with your question. The Ask anything window offers AI-assisted answers about the store; you can request our team there, and the chat may ask you to sign in. You can browse the current collection on our Dolls page.

Is Infinity still available?

Infinity has sold and is no longer available to purchase. Her page remains in our archive to show this individual artwork; there is no current sale price or promised restock for this one-of-a-kind piece. Browse currently available dolls, or view Infinity's archive page.
